preventcancer.crosscare provides remote genomics and prevention consultations, and diet report analysis, delivered by video call. It is a specialist consultation service from CrossCareIndia, and does not require travel.
You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide when booking a consultation. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately.
Consultations provide prevention guidance, genomic and diet report interpretation, and second-opinion context. They are designed to complement — not replace — your treating oncologist or primary physician. Recommendations provided are based on the information you share; incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the guidance given.
Consultants join the platform by application and are reviewed before being granted access to patient requests. Consultants are responsible for maintaining accurate records of every consultation within the platform.
Consultation fees are invoiced in USD once a booking is confirmed. Fees are one-time and tied to the specific service booked.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed consultation, contact us as soon as possible so we can offer the slot to another patient and coordinate a new time with your specialist.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
